Here are just a couple of late summer blooming flowers. I am working on a whole list and will post it soon, there are quite a few. This is Scabiosa Fama also called Pincushion flower , zones 4-10 on the left, one of my favorite late summer bloomers. Below is Agapanthus Africanus also called Lily of the Nile, zones 7-9.
